Order Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00pm (UK time) are dispatched onthe same working day. Orders received after 2:00pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
Orders with a total value over £500 qualify for free next working day delivery within the UK.

UK Delivery Charges

UK delivery is charged as follows:
  • £7.50 per order – Standard delivery (2–3 working days)
  • £9.99 per order – Next working day delivery
  • £13.99 per order – Next working day delivery before 12:00pm
  • £19.99 per order – Saturday delivery service

EU Delivery

Delivery to countries within the European Union is charged from £14.95 per order.

Worldwide Delivery

International delivery outside the EU is charged from £24.95 per order.

EU + Worldwide Delivery

Once your order is prepared for dispatch, we will confirm the final shipping cost where applicable.

Import Duties & Taxes

International orders are supplied exclusively of UK VAT. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may be charged by your local authorities.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid in accordance with local regulations. All international shipments are sent on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis.

Delivery Timeframes & Courier Services

While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly and ensure timely delivery, courier delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.

If your order is time-sensitive or urgent, we offer a same-day courier service within the UK. Please contact us directly to obtain a quotation and confirm availability.

Delivery Restrictions 

We reserve the right to restrict or refuse delivery to certain locations where courier services are unavailable, impractical, or restricted.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that accurate and complete delivery information is provided at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address information, refusal of delivery, or the recipient being unavailable, additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatch of the order.

Incorrect or Missing Items

Customers are requested to inspect their order upon delivery. If any items are incorrect, missing, or incomplete, this must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photographs, order information, or other details to assist in resolving the issue. Claims made after this period are not eligible for investigation or replacement.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and contents where possible. This allows us to investigate the matter with the courier and arrange an appropriate resolution.

If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can initiate an investigation with the courier. Courier investigations may take several working days to complete.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier, unless evidence of damage or loss during transit is provided.

Address Changes & Order Amendments

If you need to amend your order or change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes. In such cases, additional charges may apply if rerouting or redelivery is required.

Safe Place & Signed Deliveries

Where a customer requests delivery to a safe place or authorises the courier to leave the parcel without a signature, responsibility for the parcel will pass to the customer once the courier confirms delivery at the requested location.

We cannot accept liability for loss, theft, or damage after a parcel has been delivered according to the delivery instructions provided.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a courier attempts delivery and the parcel cannot be delivered due to the recipient being unavailable or access restrictions, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the parcel to the depot.

Where a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refused delivery, or uncollected items, we reserve the right to charge the customer for additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

Delivery Disputes & Chargebacks

In the event of a delivery dispute, we will rely on the courier’s delivery confirmation, tracking information, and photographic evidence where available as proof of delivery.

Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any delivery issues before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks. We reserve the right to challenge chargebacks where delivery confirmation has been provided by the courier.

Risk & Ownership of Goods

Risk in the goods will pass to the customer upon delivery to the address specified in the order.

Ownership of the goods will pass to the customer once full payment, including any applicable delivery charges, has been received and cleared.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier disruptions, transportation delays, customs delays, industrial action, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such situations, we will make reasonable efforts to minimise delays and keep customers informed where possible.

VAT

For orders placed within the United Kingdom, all prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the current rate of 20% at checkout.

All dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates and may be subject to courier performance and operational factors outside of our control.
