Delivery
Orders over £500+ VAT will qualify for free next working day delivery.
UK delivery is charged at:
£7.50 + VAT per order – Standard 2-3 working day service.
£9.99 + VAT per order – Next working day service.
£19.99 + VAT per order – Saturday delivery service.
EU delivery is charged at a base rate of £14.95 per order.
Worldwide delivery is charged at a base rate of £24.95 per order.
EU and Worldwide delivery: Once the order is ready to ship we will send over the final shipping cost.
If you do not receive your order within 3 working days, then please contact us on Rue@amusementlighting.co.uk or call us 01773 715686. We will endeavor to deal with the matter as promptly as possible.
Shortages / discrepancies must be notified within 3 working days of delivery, otherwise responsibility cannot be accepted for any discrepancy.
Returns – Returns will not be accepted at our postal address stated on the website / google, please contact us for returns authorisation and details. If returns are sent to this address no refund can be offered.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To return please email us on: rue@amusementlighting.co.uk
Please specify the reason of return in the email and once authorised we will send you the returns address or offer to collect the parcel from you (This cost will be deducted from the refund).
If the order for some reason is damaged or faulty, we will pick up free of charge.
The item must be in its original packaging, this includes all accompanying parts, such as instructions, screws and fittings that were included in the order.
If the item is not returned in original packaging, a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied.
Please allow 5-10 working days for your refund. The refund will be to the original payment method.
Returns are not accepted for Lamps / Bulbs.
