Used to add more power / transformer to the RGB colour changing lights, after the 26th light (max lights to be run off 1 x 144w power supply).
It allows for another power supply to be connected to the same chain off lights, so only 1 controller is needed.
Put between the 26th and 28th light - no later but can be earlier
